Day 1
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by
African Wildcats Adventure Safaris' airport representative and be
transferred to your hotel for briefing.

Day 2
After breakfast you will be taken to L. Nakuru National Park to arrive in
time for lunch. L. Nakuru is in the Rift Valley and is world famous as an
Ornithological paradise. Sometimes upto 2 million flamingos can be seen
around the lake. Other animals to be seen here include the big four (Rhino,
Buffalo, Lion and Leopard). L. Nakuru is also a sanctuary for the endangered
black and white Rhinos. Also the rare species of giraffe known as the
Rothschild amongst others.

Day 3
After breakfast drive to Kakamega Forest to arrive in time for lunch. In the
afternoon go for a game walk in the forest.
The Kakamega Forest covers an area of about 240 km2 and was established to
protect the only mid altitude tropical rainforest in Kenya, a remnant and
eastern limit of rainforests of Zaire and West Africa. Its West African
affinities are unique in Kenya and the forest contains many species found
nowhere else in the country. Wildlife that can be found here are Aardvark;
Baboon, Olive; Bushbuck; Civet, African; Civet, African Palm; Colobus, Black
and White; Duiker, Blue; Duiker, Common; Duiker, Red; Genet, Large-spotted;
Hare, African; Hedgehog, East African; Hippopotamus; Hyaena along with
numerous Bird Species.

Day 4
After breakfast drive to Kisumu with a stop at the weeping wall then head
to Kisumu City. Check in your hotel situated on the shores of Lake Victoria
the second largest fresh water lake in the World and shared between the 3
East African Countries. This Lake is also the source of River Nile.
Lunch at a local restaurant to taste the local dishes of this region.
In the afternoon a chance to visit the Kisumu museum and shopping in the
local market.

Day 5
After breakfast you will visit Kogelo the home village of President Barrack
Obama.

Day 6
After breakfast drive to Maasai Mara arriving in your lodge in time for
lunch. Maasai Mara is world famous for the annual migration of the
wildebeeste. Also many National Geographical Documentaries have been
recorded from this park. Animals to be seen here include the big five,
zebras, giraffes, topi, kongoni amongst many species of wildlife.

Day 7
Spend the whole day game viewing

After breakfast drive back to Nairobi and later transfer to the airport for
your onward flights.
