Pick up from your hotel at 0730hrs.Safari Briefing and passing
the majestic Mt. Kenya en route to the open savannah of Samburu
Game Reserve arriving in good time for lunch at a lodge,Late
afternoon game drive.Dinner and overnight stay at Samburu Sopa/serena
Lodge.

Day 2: Samburu Game reserve

- Samburu Game Reserve has Several
species are considered unique to the region, including its ts unique
dry-country animal life: All
three
big cats, lion, cheetah and leopard, can be found here, as well as
elephants, buffalo and hippos and Ewaso Ng'iro river contains large
numbers of Nile crocodile. Other mammals frequently seen in the park include gerenuk, warthogs,
Grant's gazelle, Kirk's dik-dik, impala, waterbuck, Grevy's zebra,
Beisa oryx and reticulated giraffe,ver 350 species of bird. These
include Somali ostrich, grey-headed kingfisher, sunbirds,
bee-eaters, marabou stork, tawny eagle, bateleur, vulturine
guineafowl,yellow throated spurfowl, lilac-breasted roller, palm nut
vulture, red-billed hornbill, secretary bird, Verreaux's eagle,
superb starling, yellow-billed hornbill and vultures.

Day 3: Samburu-Lake
Nakuru
- Breakfast then depart the lodge for Lake Nakuru National park
arriving in good time for lunch at Nakuru Town hotel. Full
afternoon game drives followed by dinner and overnight stay at Nakuru
Town hotel

- Lake Nakuru has more than just flamingos. This is a major
National Park and an important sanctuary for Rhino. There are
huge
herds of waterbuck, zebra, buffalo, the endangered Rothschild
Giraffe and both Black and White Rhino are found here
Lake Nakuru has unusual but beautiful vegetation. The forest
vegetation is covered with Euphorbia, tall cactus like trees and
acacia woodland. The forest region is a host to over 400
migratory bird species from around the world.

Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
We depart the lodge soon after breakfast and proceed to Masai

park and, we drive into Tanzania via the Namanga border. We also
pass through Arusha to Lake Manyara National park with lunch
enroute.and proceed to lake manyara National park Diner and
overnight at Manyara Serena Lodge / similar
Lake Manyara National Park takes pride in
diversified habitat is mirrored by its varied fauna, with some of
the more common and visible large mammal species being the buffalo,
elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion and
wildebeests. Prominently renowned
for its tree-climbing lions,lake Manyara is also home to troops of
baboons and blue monkeys.
The park is rich with fantastic birdlife. More than
400 species of birds including
African spoonbill, cormorants, flamingo, pelican, red
billed quelea, sacred ibis and Egyptian geese, white pelican and
white faced duck are prominent in this vicinity.

Day 4: Lake Manyara Serengeti
- Early morning game drives then return to the lodge for
breakfast .Depart the lodge and proceed Serengeti passing
through Olduvai Gorge, the archeological site of the Leakey
family. Meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Day 5&6:.Serengeti National
park
Full days in Serengeti dedicated to morning, mid-morning and
afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Serena .

Serengeti is believed to hold the largest population of
lions in Africa due

Day 7:.Serengeti Ngoro

After an early
breakfast, we drive south to the magnificent Ngorongoro
crater via Olduvai Gorge
with picnic lunches.
- Based on fossil evidence found at the Olduvai Gorge, it
is known that various hominid species have occupied the area
for 3 million years
The annual wildbeest and zebras migration passes through
the Ngoro Ngoro Conservation , with moving south into the
area in December and moving north in June. This movement
changes seasonally with the rains, but the migration will
traverse almost the entire plains in search of food. The has
a healthy resident population of most species of wildlife,
in particular the Ndutu Lake area to the west has strong
cheetah and lion populations.
